When you select the destination country, our system will automatically populate the international prefix for the mobile number.
You will need to remove the leading 0 found in the local number and enter the rest of the number after the international prefix.
It means the mobile or DTH account number you entered is not recognize or not a valid number. Please select the right Operator, double check that you have the right mobile or DTH account number and try again.

Normally, once payment is made, top up is sent within a minute (subject to Bitpay or GoCoin merchant process or destination network coverage and availability).
The recipient will receive a text message informing them of the top up. You will also get a receipt and status of the top up transaction. Providing you entered your email address.
